The Kawaii Project Is Purrfect

That’s right, it’s time for all us cat lovers to get our butts over to Kawaii Project and overload on adorable cat themed items.  A lot of it seems to be rezzable or holdable cats, but I also saw shoes, lingerie, and this hair that is too cute for words.

The sim I chose for this photo is owned by my friend Mina and is set up to resemble a cute little seaside village with several cafes, a pier, and even a little farmer’s market.  It is open to the public and great for photos.

Kawaii Project & Level Up

I’ve been shopping again, and the major thing  I bought this month is what I shall call my first real mesh head.  I’ve gotten a few mesh heads out of gacha machines, but not a whole lot of options with those.  I debated over buying a head from Tsg because her heads only work with her skin tones unless you magically find something really close, but at the same time her faces are so different from everyone else’s that I just can’t see how they’d ever look right on say an SLink head anyway.  You can find Dakota only at the Skin Fair, available in all tones. (open through March 29th)  My favorite thing about this head is actually not all the expressions and makeups, it’s the hairbase button on the HUD that lets you tint your hairbase AND eyebrows to ANY color you need.  More and more hair creators seem to think a lot of bare forehead is a good thing, I disagree and need hairbases!

The next place I raided was The Kawaii Project because where else would I go really?  I believe this event is every other month with this round ending April 10th, so still plenty of time.  I bought this cute little dress there from Vincue for way too much, but it does come with a HUD for retexturing the straps, bow, and ruffles.  I also got this really cute updo there from Ploom.  This is the least Ploom-looking hair yet, and I mean that in the best way possible.  She’d adding precious curls and cute lil flyaways to her hair lately that I just love!

Dialin’ Up Spring

So, it’s finally March and hopefully that means I’ll see the ground underneath all this white stuff soon.  The weatherman says it’s going to get above freezing for the next few days, but most days I could stick my head out the window and give a better weather report than they do.  Luckily on SL it can be any season at anytime, so I’ll just hide out here until Spring finds me in rl.

All of us unique

We were all born unique little unicorns rare and special.  No one can think your thoughts or see through your eyes, but some seem to forget this as they get older and feel they have to prove how different and original they are.  Stop shouting about it and just BE it.  On the flipside of this people need to remember that the world does not revolve around them, there are others here and you can’t think their thoughts or see through their eyes either.  Since we can’t all love eachother at least learn to be civil and tolerant.
